Returns & Exchanges

At Prodrive Folding Bike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unassembled condition and include all original packaging and components.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the folding bike in its original box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned bike, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
