Does the Prodrive folding bike come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 95% pre-assembled. You will only need to attach the pedals, adjust the seat height, and perform a quick safety check on the folding mechanisms using the included tool kit.
What is the weight limit for your folding bikes?
Prodrive folding bikes are engineered for durability and can safely support a maximum rider weight of up to 240 lbs (110 kg).
How long does shipping take within the continental US?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the bike in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do Prodrive bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Prodrive bike includes a 1-year limited warranty on the frame and a 6-month warranty on components against manufacturing defects.
Can I take my Prodrive bike on public transportation?
Absolutely. Our bikes are designed to fold in under 15 seconds, making them compact enough for buses, trains, and even storage under your office desk.
